Delete your Kinorvia account

Deleting your account removes, right away, your profile, circle memberships, sharing settings, your latest position, check-ins, safety timers and help alerts, the activity items about you, your own privacy ledger and receipts, notification tokens and devices, AI consent and AI results, and your recovery code. Circles you own pass to another member, or are deleted when you are the only member.

Straight afterwards we ask our sign-in provider to delete your sign-in. That request can fail, and this page tells you if it did not finish.

What stays

• A deletion record for 12 months, so a repeated or copied request cannot bring the account back: a one-way hash of your account identifier and, in plain form, the install identifiers of your phones (derived from the app's public key; not your name, email or an advertising identifier).
• Your display name in other people's records: the circle activity item that says you left (30 days) and the privacy ledgers of the other members of your circles (12 months). Only they can see them.
• Saved places you created in a circle that carries on: they stay with the circle, no longer linked to you.
• Moderation reports for up to 12 months. A report you made no longer points to you; a report about you or your content keeps what was reported.
• The encrypted store reference of a purchase, without a link to you, for up to 12 months after it stops giving anyone access.

Retention: only your latest position is kept and it is overwritten; place events and check-ins 30 days; ledger entries 12 months; who-looked counters 30 days; AI results 30 days and removed when you withdraw consent; deletion records 12 months; accounts without an email that are inactive for 90 days are deleted automatically.

Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Manage it with Apple or Google Play. Questions? Contact support.

With your recovery code

The recovery code from Settings, Account in the app. Use it when you no longer have the phone or your account has no email. If you never created a code, reinstall the app and delete from Settings while the phone still has your session. An account without an email and without an active subscription is also deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
